Birthday Party Reservations

RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED BASIS

Thank you for your interest in hosting a birthday party at Roaring Mouse! For details about our party themes, prices, and policies, visit our main party page.

NOTES:

  • Payment of the deposit does not guarantee a reservation.

  • Once we receive the payment, you will be contacted within 72 business hours by our party coordinator who will confirm that the date and time you selected is officially reserved.

  • In the unlikely event that the date you selected is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternate date for your child’s party. If a date can not be found, we will issue a refund for your deposit.

Please note that we open reservations for birthday parties TWO MONTHS in advance, on the first of each month.

Parties in July and August are by inquiry only as teacher availability is limited.

IMPORTANT:

  • If you do not see a date listed in the drop-down menu, that means that date has already been reserved and is no longer available OR it is a day that our studio is closed or is being used for a class.

  • If you are unsure which theme you would like, but you know the date and time you’d like to reserve, select “unsure” for the theme selection, complete the reservation, and pay the deposit. We will contact you via email to confirm the theme prior to the party.
