Craft for a Cause

A drop-in monthly class for people of all ages (kids under 14 must be accompanied by an adult) to come and get creative for a cause at Roaring Mouse! Each month will feature a different themed-art project influenced by the season and matched with a local organization doing positive work in our community. The classes will be offered for no charge and participants are requested to donate a personally meaningful amount to the organization featured that month. Classes will take place each month on the first Sundays from 4:30 - 6pm.

  • Theme: "Green Edition"

  • Time: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
  • Teacher: Ellie Cross
  • Project: Nature Sculptures inspired by Andy Goldsworthy. Either make a temporary arrangement and take a photo, or glue together your own arrangement of natural materials. We’ll have some moss, rocks, sticks, and bark, but please feel free to bring any of your own supplies to work with!
